By purchasing your prints from us, including gang sheets, you are agreeing that you have the correct license for the designs being used. We very rarely take the time to look at gang sheets in particular, these are printed as sent.
All item's are non refundable, unless damaged and evidence provided. Unless we have a surge of complaints about the quality of our print's, we have to assume that you the customer have applied the product incorrectly, and not per the instructions that we provide. It is important to note, that we test our print's on a daily basis.
Again this applies to Personalised items, so please check your spelling when writing what you would like into the bar.
Designs made with a mist or neon background from Canva, will print with a white solid background around it in UVDTF. This is because we have to use white as a base colour for UVDTF to work, and it will pick up every pixel. This also includes some of our Arlo & Co Designs which show a watercolour mist effect behind, please do not purchase if you have a problem with this.
Please allow enough time for your order to arrive. It is not our responsibility if it doesn't arrive in time for an event for example. Our job is to get the products out to you, in the timeframe we give on our website. We cant be made accountable for strikes, or any other postage delays.
Please keep in mind, all my items are made to order, when you have completed the sale, the item isn't sent straight away, as it needs to be made.
We try our very best to stick to the timescales given. All current turnaround times are listed on the top of the website store front.
