1 x UVDTF Decal & 1 x Acrylic Shape To Fit Together. The Acrylic Shape is cut with an offset, so slightly bigger than the UVDTF decal, so that you can apply with ease.

The best way to apply- Peel back the protective film from both sides of the acrylic shape. Make sure the acrylic is dust free. Peel back UVDTF decal, a little from the top & place on the acrylic shape, again making sure no dust or debris touches the sticky side. Using a squeegee, smooth out, while peeling off the rest of the backing paper from the UV, this stops air bubbles. When you are happy with your application, remove top film from UVDTF. Use a scalpel to poke the hole through gently, without damaging the UVDTF.

UVDTF is a new innovation of print technology, which are designed to be quick and easy, meaning that you don't have to use a heat press or cutting machine for example.

The printing is 3 layers, white backing, colour, then varnish to finish. We use an extra layer of white, to make sure the decal is perfect for application.

You simply...

* Purchase a UVDTF decal

* Clean the material that you are applying it to.

* If you are using part of the decal, cut around it with scissors, but not too close to the design.

* Squeegee the reverse side

* Gently peel back the film, away from the design.

* Position your decal {please note, once the decal is applied, it cannot be removed}, not without making a considerable mess to the product.

SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE!

* Use a squeegee to smooth on to the material, starting from the centre, then outwards. Smoothing out any air bubbles.

* Once you are happy, peel the film back gently, to reveal your design.
